New Coach for Russia - Dick Advocaat

Dick Advocaat has signed a four-year contract to coach the Russian national football team.The contract has been signed on Tuesday met with Advocaat after the executive committee of the Football Union of Russia.
His first main goal will be to qualify Russia for the European Championship 2012.
Advocaat takes over Dutch compatriot Guus Hiddink, who led Russia to the semi-finals of Euro 2008 but failed to qualify for the World Cup.
Advocaat is the first foreign coach to win a title in Russia coaching Zenit St Petersburg at the club's first league title in 2007 and Russia in the UEFA Cup next season.
Financial details of his contract were not disclosed.
